Ellen Ochoa: First Latina Astronaut and Space Pioneer

Ellen Ochoa is a trailblazing American astronaut, engineer, and the first Latina to travel to space. Born on May 10, 1951, she flew on four space shuttle missions and contributed significantly to the field of optics and science.
